1. Sprinkle into ready cooked food or,during cooking or fry with oil/unsalted butter etc for better aroma.
2. Add into the cooking. Example: Pasta, porridge etc.
3. Stir-fry with oil and onions or any suitable ingredients then mix with porridge for aroma to enhace baby’s appetite.
